GTPlanet race hosting through Steam

Fellow admins and users,
I would like every user to be able to have the rights to schedule events and post announcements. We could make use of the GTPlanet Steam group for hosting events and voice chat for races too.

Check out the Reddit Race07 Internation Group as an example. Here, any user can shedule events and post announcements. This is what I would like the GTPlanet group to be like.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm not sure if I need the group creator's help, or a new group has to be created, but I will do that if that's what has to be done.
