LIFE IS BRUTAL PVP/PVE

PVE:

1) Tree stumps MUST be uprooted as trees are cut down, this is to help reduce ingame lag and load in times. The speed for uprooting has been increased dramatically so there are no excuses to have stumps left in ground
2) Mass deforestation resulting in lots of TREE LOGS laying around is also frowned upon, please limit the amount of trees you cut down
3) Mining is allowed (now that infinipiles no longer function) but try to limit the amount of mining you need to do for the same lag and load issues

PVP:

1) PVP is allowed.
2) KOS. (kill on sight) is NOT allowed. except when hunting criminals. (see rule 7)
3) All pvp interactions must be communicated through global chat. not local chat or voice. see examples below.
4) BANDITRY. though frowned upon is allowed, though as stated above you must first announce your intention to that you are robbing some one through global chat thus allowing them to respond / yield or fight back "i.e. "John Doe" we are robbing you, hand over you goods or Die."
5) BASE RAIDING. Firstly need to announce you are sieging (i.e. "guildname" we are sieging you) to raid a base the players who own the place must be inside it!, no offline raids.(not that theres much point if thier monument is up)
FLOATING LOGS ARE ALLOWED. see example picture in link below , there is a minimum amount of logs etc required for the "ladders" 2 for Palisades, 6 for stone walls. Use of Pavise sheilds and Drying racks are not permitted

6) THEIVERY. though also frowned upon is also allowed, it is up to each individual to look after there item/resources, either by building a monument (guild claim area), lockable homes & warehouses or construction of walls and fortifications
7) NEGATIVE alignment (player name is Red), these players are regarded as criminals for some of the above crimes and others not listed. They may be hunted for these crimes. (praying is the only way to increase your alignment (prey every in game day)
8) AFK players. to clear up the grey area for afk players we are trialling a blanket rule. if you ARE in game you ARE fair game, so if you go afk do it in a house etc with doors closed or log out if you dont want to be killed..
9) WARHORSES . No killing other players horses unless the horse is part of the combat taking place , no spite killing of Idle horses in Bases etc
10) LANGUAGE and behaviour, the use of abusive profanity, racism, sexism and general bullying is not allowed on this server.

CONSEQUENCES:

Punishment of bending and breaking these general rules may vary from a simple slap on the wrist to the banhammer falling (permanent ban). Punishment will be served on a case by case basis by server admins
