If people tell you that you are taking things too seriously, they're just jealous of your ability to see past the memes and see how truly toxic or uncomfortable someone is towards you!

If someone "As a joke" disrespects your parents or a deceased one - IT'S NOT FUNNY!

It only gives them a green light to be removed from your life.

Sure, you gotta know how to take a joke, especially when it's harmless.

(Never learn to laugh at yourself, you are just lowering your own self-value and importance. Disgrace.)

But in my scenario i get dumb jokes like that 24/7. It's annoying.

Stop caring about people telling you "it's a toxic mindset to have".
You have all the right to show you don't agree or approve of something.
If they cannot handle your opinion, simply move on. Find new friends.
