Remove all other instances of no mercy original from your addons, place this one, then start up l4d2, open the console and type snd_rebuildaudiocache, this can take a while, when it ends open the console again and type quit.

Now your ready to rock.

Restart l4d2 and enjoy.

First you need to install the official Addon Support.
To do this you need to Open Steam (maximise the window) and go to the Tools Tab, find the Addon Support and double-click to install it.

Open the zip ^ and put the vpk file in your addons folder in your L4D2 directory.

You need to have Shaders set to at least Medium or you will experience errors with some of the sky textures.

Now you just need to install the campaigns.

After downloading any campaign you just open the archive and drop the vpk file in your addons folder.
