Alright, we're starting the process of updating to 1.3.1.
The first step is to create a full backup of the current 1.2.5 server. This is the most lengthy part of the update, as downloading 1.9 GiB of data takes some time.
Once that is done, all plugins will be removed and the partial regerneration script will be run.
