Try Right Clicking on the game and Enter Options and Then Verify some thing at the bottom it can helps some times...... It fixt it for me when I had the same problem
if it don’t work Try reinstalling it and the Dlc

yea also had Prob whit Workshop Being Down and Ther Empleye said the server Krached or some thing in the Mial

Yesterfday I added about 12 DL's to my subscription list but none of them have been added by Steam's system to the game. Any ideas why?

And if you haw noTry eded it yet Slyden I recomend it if you Like Roleplay and Adventure game Example games like Fallout 3 + Fallout New Vegas allso Gratte games i Would recomend for ppl to Try ouit once atleast....
