Dragonlance started with its first novel- Dragons of Autumn Twilight.
Dragons of Autumn Twilight was written by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. This was an important novel to set up everything that followed. It launched a successful franchise with sequels, and spinoffs to follow. Dozens more books were published.
