3. No war until 1939 September 1st/1914 July 28th
(Exception at this event)
4. Make sure you have time to play the event
(Warning if you leave, can be excused)
5. No Nuke spam
6. No coups in player controlled countries.
7. In costum games no Tech's past 1940/1914
