5-Raffles start when all slots are filled. If a raffle is not full within a week’s time, the owner of the raffle will be forced to refund everyone.
6-Staff members are not allowed to join raffles
7-You can only be refunded on a broken down raffle if the raffle holder does not want to host it any longer.
