To bring all Eu4 groups together under one banner

There are many Eu4 groups right now, so to centralize them all Crimdal the control freak is taking it in his own hands to try and collect all hosts/leaders into one group, and give them access to posting events and announcements so they can let the entire eu4 player base know of games coming up or rehosting through Steam event popups.

Suggestions to make this work better for everyone are appreciated.

For now I will give leadership to anyone who has ran a game or wants to run a game that I have played with, but eventually it will grow to more leaders. This part is tenuous, I don't want to give too much power to trolls who wish to fuck up the group or try to delete it, but at the same time I want anyone who wants to start hosting a game to be able to send out announcements themselves or with the help of leaders of this steam group.
