First Confederation of the Rhine:

The first Confederation of the Rhine '(fr. Alliance du Rhin) was a defensive alliance that,against Austria and Spain, at the instigation of the Elector John Philip of Mainz andFrench participation August 14, 1658 signd  between the Electors of Mainz andCologne, Count Palatine of Neuburg, the Dukes of Brunswick, Celle and Hanover,Landgrave of Hesse and the King of Sweden in his capacity as a German nationalprince. The associated undertook to force of arms maintain Westphalian peace terms and to prevent marcth of troops who would fight against France or its allies. OnAugust 15, 1658 entered the French federation, which was later covered by the otherprinces, including Electors of Brandenburg and Trier. It was dissolved 1667/1668.

This nation, is to the diffrent's to the first one, only fight for themselfs and for their allies.
