Now it's removed for having too much ammo and respectable stats while still being a contender against most primaries.
First of all, the reasons you don't want secondaries as strong as primaries is so that people can't carry two weapons as strong as primaries. That's like giving a primary gun twice as much ammo without any downsides.
Second of all, MP40 does not have the same stats as the Empire.
The MP40 has 7.14 RPS while the Empire has 8.33. The Empire supports a barrel attachment and a grip attachment, allowing for lower recoil and higher firerate. At most, the Empire can have 10 RPS, while having about 1/3rd the recoil of the Maplestrike.
1-2 vertical recoil, (-1)-(-0.5) horizontal. That's 2.5 degrees at most, 1.5 at least.
The Maplestrike has 3-4 vertical recoil, (-0.5)-0.5 horizontal. That's 4.5 degrees at most, 3.5 at least.
Empire has more range, 140 to 160.
The Empire is an upgraded version of the Maplestrike in all ways except accuracy and ammo capacity. There's a reason its banned.
>everyone just runs around with an aug or maplestrike anyways
