CUP Updated to 1.8.1

Everybody,

please update CUP to 1.8.1 for the next coop night (Thursday). The relevant items that need updating are Vehicles, Weapons and Units. ACE Compat and Terrains are not updated yet.

ACE has updated to version 3.8.3. For Thursday's coop night, make sure to update yours as well. Download is available here[github.com].
