A simple way to set up scrims.

How it works:

Clan leaders/officials make an announcement saying they want to scrim
(Including which type of scrim: [Competitive] or [Practice])
If your clan is interested, you comment on the announcment saying you're down or when your clan will be able to play
Scrim!

Win: +10 XP
Loss: -5 XP - No negatives, bottom XP value is 0

Practice scrims do not alter your Win/Loss ratio or your XP

XP is used to rank your clan (kind of like an ELO rating), and this ranking can be used for tournament seeding (more XP = higher seed). When you win a competitive scrim, you gain 10 XP, if you lose, you lose 5 XP. Pretty simple. At the beginning of every new season each clan's Win/Loss ratio and XP will be reset to 0.

To update your win/loss ratio or XP, ask one of your clan officials (moderator level in the Steam Group) to edit it. If any moderator is found to be falsely editing XP or Wins/Losses they will be demoted. Screenshots are to be used as proof of a win (if contested), so take them if you're playing a competitive scrim.
