Through small links with low life petty criminals word spreads of the African

A small time South African "Banker" has entered town and is making name for himself in the criminal underworld. It is yet unknown what his dealings are but all that is known is he is going by the nickname The African. Time will tell what he is up to

Under the gun act that congress put onto the United States back in 1968 after the assassination of President John F Kennedy it is now mandatory for interstate commerace and trade of weapons that all licenses and weapons are to have a Cerial Code or ID on record with the County Court.

Through this year Cook County will be putting this act GCA68 into effect, and here is the citizens of Cook County need to know.

All current firearms need to come to Cook County Common Pleas Court to be stamped and dated with a new Cerial Code and ID. All gun owners will also be given a license to own special weapons (if in possession of a automatic weapon or above the caliber of .45.) Along with this rule it will also require all weapons that are modified to be set back to factory standard, and the modifications must be put on record with the Cook County. If found in possession of a modified weapon without the weapon or modification on record it will be considered a Class 2 Felony of Possession of an Illegal Firearm.

Aswell as with this new change The Honorable Cecil Pagerozi will begin issueing warrents by years end if registered gun owners don't come to the court and get the new Cerial ID on their firearm.

The bill GCA68 is taking effect everywhere in the United States this year, don't think you can just leave Cook County and believe you're free from not getting a registered firearm.

Tons of action was seen in 1971, an eventful year full of violence. Chicago was indeed reminded that mobs do exist and must remain aware of their surroundings. The police department was of course not seen as useless, compared to prior years with all their activity of late. Many civilians would say it's due to the new officials appointed, even before the elections even commenced.
