Team Redux Generation CSGO

Seriously. Thank You. Thanks to everyone in this group, no matter the reason. From the people who co-founded the group, to the many different people on the "main roster," to those who joined because they played with me often, to those who joined simply because I invited them, and to those who joined as a joke because they saw five members on the opposing team, I thank you.

Every time I post an announcement we lose members, and that is okay. I am not begging you to stay, and I am happy that you were here. You chose your own actions. However, to those who do stay, to those who haven't left and are willing to stay, I am extremely appreciative. There has been so much support through the years, I wanted to touch on some of them.

Those who are in the group: for whatever reason you are a member, even if we never talk or never play, there was a point where you joined for some reason relating to me. You all provide a cesspool of people that I have met and I think that is awesome.

Those who join game invites: you are the people that are more involved. You find enjoyment in playing with me and hanging out. Even when not in game, a lot of you will gladly close out of whatever you are doing to come play.

Those who frequently hang out in the many Discords we use: you guys are the close ones. The ones that keep me in check. We work together for entertaining ourselves and progressing time. We work on projects together and focus a good portion of our lives around it.

Those who have supported my Twitch Stream in anyway shape or form: be that watching the stream, chatting, donating, or even just being a follower. I think that being able to sit at my computer and casually play games full time would be amazing. There are many of you who have supported me financially, and to those you deserve a special shout out.

Those who I know personally: either from school or other means, you provided me with invaluable experience. For those in person, I'm sorry for any time I annoyed you yet you decided to keep me around. To those online, thank you for putting up and getting to know a stranger.

I now would like to shout out some individuals and groups.

Tippy: By far the most influential person in my life, and who has been there for most of the last 7 years of my life. I was 3 years younger and you still allowed a friendship to form. From the first time we met in the neighborhood, to building ramps in your driveway, to climbing the ranks in CS, to LAN parties, emotional support, and a common love of Mexican food, you truly are the best.

Justice, Josh, and Luke: While we don't talk much, especially Luke, I am still glad to have helped create Re'Gen with you all and Tippy. We climbed the CS ranks, made stories, shared many laughs, and went through a lot together. While Luke is no longer on good terms with any of use, I still had to mention him for being there at the start for such a long time. Justice and Josh, I hope to be able to meet you guys in person at some point it my life. Thank you for almost always being there.

Bren and Jake: You guys were still older than me, yet still allowed me to become close. We also climbed the CS ranks and had LAN parties. You guys are fantastic to be around, and I wouldn't be where I am without you guys.

Nick: We met on the school bus in 6th grade through the common interest of Minecraft. You introduced me to one of my closest friends, Tippy, and you moved on to play CS with us for awhile. While we drifted apart, I still thank you, even if you did nuke my Minecraft server many times.

Stephen and Jon: You guys took me under your wings in school after my previous friend group turned on me. You provided many good times and memories, and I cherish them. I still feel as if I did something to piss both of you off, causing in us to drift apart, so I find it is best to give you guys the space you need from me. If you ever would like to talk about it, I'm always open ears.

Selma: Thanks for being there emotionally and being a rockin' person. I miss playing games with you, hopefully you will frequent my lobby more regularly in the future!

Lindsey: An amazing team mate, person, and romantic interest. You gave meaning to life, and gave me likely the 2 best months of my life. Unfortunately, fate had it that you had a lot going on in your personal life. I'm deeply sorry I wasn't there for you when you needed it, even as a friend. I hope your future is bright and you enjoy your future life after you move!

Kaleb: You introduced me to your brother and your pack of friends in Illinois. While older, I find to relate to you the most and am always happy to hang out with you. You share the same love for CHs as I, and for that we obviously are blood brothers. CH brothers? I don't know. I'm memeing a little here, but still, thank you for everything. I hope to remain good friends into the future.

Kaylan: We spend a lot of time together, especially when your brother is away. We have the same mindset and you are overall just chill to be around. Our skill level in game is comparable and you make a great partner in crime. I can see us having lots of great memories in the future.

The rest of Illinois: While I am not as close with all of you, I still appreciate you guys. Maybe we will become closer when I move in with Kaylan and Kaleb, and I expect a great friendship. Hopefully I can integrate into the friend group without any issues. You guys rock!

There are many others, to many to shout out, but these are the ones that I remember off of the top of my head. I'm sorry if I forgot you, or if I chose to leave you out. I still appreciate all of you, and wish the best to you, but I can't come up with personal messages for you all.

Onto the future: I plan to move in with Kaylan and Kaleb at some point hopefully this year. Plans still need to be made on where, how many people, what the costs will be, the practicality, and more on it, but it is still a major plan that I can see happening. I see myself streaming more and attempting to make that a full time job. I've seen the streamer lifestyle and I want a slice of it. I am finally getting into a good mental state after the end of High School, and am starting to get more energy to do things. It is no secret that I suffer from depression, anxiety, and ADHD, as I am open about all of these, but a lot of them are finally getting out of the way for me to enjoy myself and create future plans. I never had a plan. I never had any dreams. My ideal life would be to lay in bed all day, doing ♥♥♥♥ all nothing and getting paid for it. However, that isn't how the world works and I honestly think it scared me to death. By moving out and getting a stable roof over my head that I control, I feel as if these fears will no longer be relevant. Splitting a house allows for a better financial opportunity for all involved, as the costs become lower than if living alone. I see myself having lots of fun and great projects being worked on. I won't need a college degree to make enough to get by. I won't have to be a slave to the world. I can be my own person, working on making streaming work due to not being burnt out by work or school. There is a long way to go, and it won't happen overnight, but I have to keep working at it.
