Can maps only on the steam workshop be added, or can you add any old map?

Lots of old RA3 maps, not sure if they are on the steam workshop or not. I know some of the Charon maps are in quake live, but not sure on the rest.

Is it possible to add any of those maps, and if it is possible, are you interested in possibly adding them?

I really wish i could find the old ALive in Wonderland map, some of the 1v1's were great, the CA was neat, but way too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ big.
