"Treningen vil i all hovedsak dreie seg om hvordan man raskest mulig, og med minst mulig suksess, kan komme seg fra hjørnet på lang og til CW på dd2"

regarding questions around the head coach position

on 7. december 2015, the board of Byrne Gaming approved that Flanky is the new head coach of Byrne Gaming and are allowed to use the title "Coach"

In a statement issued the following day, he said that "the position is expected. I will demand a lot of my players. Re-peaking is a challenging task that will require a lot of hours and effort from everyone involved"

Byrne Gaming is looking forward to the re-peaks to come
