Desolate Tomb Update August 24th 2016

A new pinnacle of challenging content arrives, in addition to improvements to some key systems.

|Overview|

The next level challenge content arrives with the introduction of the Desolate Tomb dungeon. Also with the update are numerous quality of life improvements, including Whirlwind Valley changes, weapon evolution discounts, and a new DPS Meter.

|Desolate Tomb|

Desolate Tomb: The Talus Army has invaded the Tomb of Exiles to study ancient Naryu automaton technology. Available in 4- and 6-member versions.

|PvP Improvements|

Introducing weekly and Seasonal rewards for 3v3 Tag Match and 6v6 Whirlwind Valley. Whirlwind Valley premade party size is now capped at two players to improve the matchmaking experience.

|Weapon Evolution Discount|

The materials required to evolve your weapon to the next stage are permanently reduced, in addition to a new weapon path that provides additional discounts.

|DPS Meter|

Measure your damage output with a new in-game DPS meter, allowing you to see your output, and the output of your party members.

Shattered Empire Update - 27th April 2016

Prepare for a new PvP game type in Whirlwind Valley, fight through Mushin's Tower floors 9–15, and explore two new Heroic dungeons.

-> Whirlwind Valley

Experience a new 6v6 PvP mode in Whirlwind Valley. Whirlwind Valley is the first objective-based PvP game mode in Blade & Soul, and challenges each team to fight for and maintain control points. But enter at your own risk as—unlike the PvP Arena—this mode does not equalize player gear.

->Mushin's Tower Floors 9–15

Are you prepared for the hardest solo content yet? The second section to Mushin's Tower is coming with floors 9 through 15. You can head directly to this new section of Mushin's Tower to steel yourself for the final battle with Naksun.

->New Heroic Dungeons

Two new Heroic dungeons are on the way! Venture to a ruined palace in the frozen North of the Silverfrost Mountains to challenge Sogun's Lament, the most difficult group dungeon to date. And once again enter Blackram territory to face off against powerful enemies in the daily dungeon: Cold Storage.
