"AlterRcon" : Best Option for User-Created Admin Tool So Far

This code was written by a fellow server admin "UTerror". It has without a doubt, the best options available, far exceeding the tool Treyarch provides.

This tool makes running mixed modes easy, better messaging system, autobalance, teamswitch and teamkill limits. It also announces which game/map will be next to everyone in the server.

The author is working on many new features to add. Give it a try if you're fed up with the Steam Rcon tool.

good idea with the group! Its really crap how we cant do anything with our own servers. I want a ranked server that i can play on an level etc then password and change for a clan match just like i have always done in counterstrike etc ..... i am sure it will get fixed soon though its a really good game just this is letting it down at the mo
