ex. In Michael Jacksons fnial thoughts he thought about ______.

then the rest of the players choose one of there cards to fill in the blank.

ex. painful masterbation

there are many cards and if your lucky you can make your own card.

then the original player who had the black card chosses which of the white cards was the best fit/funniest for the blank
