-Members:
--Member list has been cut drasticly to reflect people who actually come on and have done a few games with us.

-Several changes to group permissions:
--Officers are now the only ones able to invite people to the group, this should reduce the number of random people in the group.
-------While not strictly required, Officers should make a short post as to why they inivted a person to the group and how they know them.
--Only Officers and moderators may invite people to the chatroom while it is locked, the chat room will remain locked from now on.


-Other:
--Group Changelog started, will help me remember why did something, as well as let everyone know whats going on.
--Group restructured to orginal goal: A place for people who know each other well to do civ games. No more random people.



TLDR: new chatroom things, most members kicked, group restructured.
