Ladies and gentlemen it is with great sadness that I must announce that the AirTroopers Minecraft server has been officially taken offline. Between dwindling playtime and rising maintenance time/costs the server has become too heavy a burden and must be laid to rest. Throughout the past few years that the server has been running we have had some great times and seen some great designs. I know I personally had a blast when I was on and I am immensely grateful for the community that the server has allowed us to forge. Though the server will b e missed by many of you keep in mind the words of Dr. Seuss - “Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.”. I hope to meet all of you on the fields of various games and wish you all the best in your gaming endeavors.

If you have any questions on the matter feel free to message me or to post them, we shall do our best to answer all of them. Though the machine has been taken offline we still have copies of the worlds that we ran. That being said we may occasionally bring up the server for a few hours during a special occasion. If you want the server up for a special event of your own or if you want a copy of the files shoot me a message and we can try to come to an arrangement. It has been an amazing few years for which I must thank all of you, perhaps we shall meet again someday.

First Halloween in the new world, quite awesome. Thanks again playing on the server, it is so cool to see the creations and builds being made. Enjoy the holiday, happy Halloween.

We have been experimenting with a temp gmod server for private play. Can not guarantee up time, but if you see several members playing chances are the server is online.

Listed below are some requirements to play and instructions as to how to join the server.

Joining:

• Join via using the triangle menu on a friend who is already playing, and use password: megafish. or…
  
  
• Ask a currently playing member to send you the ip, type that ip into the development consol with the password megafish

Requirements:

The server is now completely operational running 1.7.9. You will spawn in a prison and have to go through 5 questions before being released into the world. Don't forget to read the rules and enjoy the server. Being freshly started you will not have any of your items please try not to build too close to other players but also try not to spread out by 1000 tiles. Protected plots may arrive soon. ENJOY!
