AVP Competitive News.

This group will house one representative from every AVP clan that has been active for a minimum of three months. It's purpose is to more easily bridge together the AVP clan community.

Clan reps are able to post announcements, events, and important information that they want the community to know about. All members of these clans can follow this group, comment, and join the chat channel.

AVP Best Marine/Alien/Predator Honor Cup

This is it. The next tournament of AvP will be 1v1 between the same species. This is the way to proove everyone you are the best individual in this game.

Basic rules:

for marines - Pulse Rifle and Pistol only, NO GRENADES;
for aliens - No wall tailing; No e grabbing of any sort; No glitching;
for predators - No use of any glitches; Only spear and blades are allowed; No e grabbing;

Common rules:

Two maps chosen by the players;
Most frags on both maps wins the game;
No Time Limit/30 frags per round.

There are going to be 3 separate tournaments, each for their species. After we know the strongest species (Double Elimination) we will have one last fight - Deathmatch. It will involve 3 players, the winners of the tournaments, to claim the best honorable player of them all!

The tournament starts right after current summer tournament (~2012 Autumn).

Steam server hacked, admin team knows that everything upto and including credit card details and account passwords have been accessed, change your password ASAP this is not optional, it is mandatory, non-compliance may end in you losing your steam account.

If someone organizes a tournament or event that's open to other clans, post news about it here as an announcement. Other clan leaders should then spread word on it to their individual clans. This group is as useful and active as the community makes it.
