A great back-up game while you're waiting for TimeLines Faction shuttle missions and Voyages to finish or waiting on Duty Officers and events in STO.

You can buy and upgrade several ships, train your crew and go on Away Team missions. You can easily accumulate Dilithium (from 'Quark's' by watching videos) that pays for things when you don't have enough resources. By your fourth or fifth ship you'll have enough room to be producing large amounts of resources fairly quickly. There are also plenty of other video-watching opportunities to pay for things like extra wheel spins and crew member reviving so you don't deplete your Dilithium stock-pile
