The AOS EM group, AOS EM being an acronym for army of smiles entertainment media, is a group of creative, who share in ideas and ideals. As well as fallows the creed: of creating intelligent well though out creations in their chosen media. Creations that provoke thought in many or one direction, with out forcing it of-course. The ability to lesten to the community spawn around their creation(s), including able to listen to "advice" it proves beneficial to the creation or ignore it if it does not. as well as support these communities.

creative members can be anything from authors(fiction, visual/comics), video game developers, animated writers(tv, web), with few exceptions who are involved heavily in the creative process. Thus able to follow the creed, best as possible.

All members, beside creating something worth noting with in the creed. must meet a signatory in person on multiple occasions. a signatory being some one who can finalize invitations to the group. A member must be invited due to meeting both those circumstances, they can not apply for it. further more a signatory must interview them for the invite to finish going through the process. advisable to meet or have met the advisor(me) sometime in the process. An invite can only be sent by those with signatory status or higher. Members may suggest future members to such people. it should be noted beyond organizational purposes there is no ranking system, all members are to be treated as equals, regardless of statuses given to some.
