New pokemod server is up and running

I will be shutting down our old pokemod server in a couple of days.

We'll fix map cycle by tommorrow.
XP and Level - I have been working on it for 3 hrs this morning and NO luck transferring them from old server to new server. If I can't figure it out within another hr, I'm giving up. we'll just have to start over with xp. :(
