Tired of getting ranked down cause of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ teammates ?

Hello guys, this is a group I made couse im sick and tired of getting matched up with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the competetive matches on csgo.
So I thought "Why not make a steam group so you always can find people to play with?
I coudnt really find any other groups so I made this one.

All you have to do is simply join the group and post an announcement of what rank you are and hopefully people will be online to play with you :)

At first there is not really any people in here to play with because the group just started, but please change that by inv your friends!

Just got deranked to silver 2. Always carrying teammates, only rarely am 2nd or 3rd.

Would definetly like to play with someone, cause I'm tired of losing ranks because of newbs not warming up before competetive, and I have to carry everyone. Silvers - a bit of novas, who deserve better. (We can play 1v1 to test out each other)
