The white Tigers saw the poor status of the local people and have decided to bring them into their arms. Food was divided amoungst the people and pay was given aswell. After an hour of people rushing in 100's of men joined. Finally an overwhelming 1,000 people joined the up. However many more insisted in accompanying, but that would put a deficit in income towards the group. Many now feel safe and protected. Those who wish to leave their lord was allowed to live in the mountains and farm atop. This may mean more food for the people, but yet it will help store and maintain food while the warriors are out doing their do.

The White Tigers and the Xiaolin clan have raided the entirty of the Otosan Domain. The provences of Saki and Zhoulang accumulated 210,000 gold towards the two bandit groups. They sat and agreed that the income would be split to 105,000 each. Saki, raided by the white tigers, made 70,000. While Zhoulang raided by the Xiaolin clan made 140,000. Touma Sano of the White Tigers was very greatful to hear the other bandit group was willing to split it even. The two wondered wether or not they should stay and continue raiding, or march away with the coin that knocked their socks off.

The local peasents within the area looked very unhealthy and had no food. It looks as if the bandit groups didn't start this however. The two leaders looked amoungst the people and saw that there was no farms whats so ever. They saw as the new buildings that were ordered for construction was military buildings, but what is the use of them when your people are not fed. The bandits told everyone within the provence that they may feed them as long as they join their cause. New troops would be nice, and from what it looks like, these people are not to keen on their lord. The lord who does not feed.

Maybe the bandits and another lord may work together to rid of this man. A man who does not care for his people. A man who does not invest in wealth properly.

The newly recruited professional troops have been ordered by Itami to invade the province of Sakato. This will hopefully lead to an even faster subjugation of the the Fox Lords territory. This weathered spearmen should be more than enough to take the mostly undefended province.

Okri Otosan in the pursuit of wanting to maintain peace has decided to undergo major projects within the Domain. In regards to new buildings, a Nobleman's Dojo and a Training Camp have been built to house and recruit the new troops for the cause. As for new recruits for the armies of the Domain, a band of No Dachi Samurai have sworn their loyalty to Okri and a small peasant detachment of Asigara Bowme and Yari Ashigara n in order to defend the borders of the Domain. Okri hopes that the the Otōsan Domain's military presence will help maintain regional stability.

The training camp has been built to help train the large population of Clan Yenshi into formitable Ashigaru units. However, a large army will be very costly so Nakao has announced the construction of a merchant colony which will hopefully increase trade with foreigners. Along with this Clan Yenshi has agreed to trade with Clan Kyokon.
