The 4th Royal Veteran Battalion is a British NA regiment for Mount and Blade Warband: Napoleonic Wars, however we accept EU as well. We attend linebattles, sieges, and host training sessions. Over 4 years old, we proudly believe that fun and competitiveness are not polar opposites, and that both are necessary to a Regiment’s success when paired with orderly discipline. We like to have fun first and foremost, as we are all aware that it's just a game, but while not overly serious we focus on efficiency and remain fiercely competitive, still doing our part for the team. Promotions are based on merit with emphasis on recruitment, attendance, behavior, and skill. Enlisted are given plenty of opportunities to command and may even compete in recruitment competitions with the rest of the Regiment, completing duties that accelerate promotions even further. Dedication and ambition are rewarded massively. We are a group with a gaming community as it's soul and a regiment as it's body, as the hour we spend in events is but of a fraction of the time we spend hanging out and playing games with each other. Our community is understanding and yet still disciplined and serious during events. We accept any application at all times and immediately put new recruits through a simple but thorough training. No prior experience is needed, however if you wish to be an NCO/CO a microphone is needed along with a decent understanding of English.
