Main purpose is said in the name, to get together 4000h veterans and to not play MM with randoms when you can get friends at the same skill level from here.

To join this group theres only one requirement: have more than 4000 hours on CS:GO (except the owner). To request an invite, post on the forum or comment on the owners profile :3
