Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 2HG League

My goal is to create an organized, fun and competitive 2HG League.

There will be Deck Keys awarded as prizes for first, second and third places of the single elimination tournament if eight or more teams register. 3 Deck keys per player for first 2 deck keys per person for second and 1 deck key per person for third.
