Don't bother contacting them.. I tried emailing them and even using the report player function in their website to tell them about the condition..

The new map is simply epic, it cleverly enhance the effectiveness of some classes such as the scout, spy, engineer, pyro while disadvantaging some classes such as the sniper: gets flanked. the demo: more routes for enemy to go in and wider corridors. heavy: spy heaven.... This is a major leap forward for the server and I hope to see more!
