We’ve finally migrated the game to a newer engine version. Thanks to this, nircmd and the extra executable file are no longer needed to run the game on 10th-gen Intel CPUs and newer.

In addition, we did everything on the list below:

• Added a dynamic weather system with snow and fog.

• Added snowflake effects on the locomotive’s front windows during snowfall.

• Fixed the sun’s movement across the sky, improving sunrise and sunset positions.

• Adjusted day-night lighting.

• Simulator Mode: flashlights are now available for purchase in shops.

• Survival Mode: introduced a new weapon, the RPG-7. You can find it in a special location near Izhmorskaya station. (It’s not yet available in Story Mode).

• Survival Mode: new explorable locations. You can find ammunition in these new areas:

  • Abandoned Military Base (between Anzherskaya and Sudzhenka)

  • Old Factory (Izhmorskaya)

  • Yuri Ivankov’s House (Antibesskaya)

  • Abandoned Building (Suslovo)

  • Barrack (between Bogotol and Vagino)

  • Abandoned Department Store (Chernorechenskaya)

• Significantly improved performance of the Measurement Apparatus illumination.

• Optimised Buffer Lights and flashlights.

• Improved overall lighting performance.

• Fixed an issue where the police would never stop chasing you.

• Fixed a bug where the glass could clip into the camera while drinking at the bar.

• Reduced the frequency of navigation-system-related crashes.

We’re heading back to work on the continuation of Story Mode and have further optimisation plans in the pipeline. Thanks for your support!
