Possibly the peak of the 2D beat-em-up genre, and it's done by guys who totally got what made SOR as good as it was in their first try with their own original IP. Oodles of unlockable, fanservice-laden content and replayability, a toe-tappingly good soundtrack, and rock solid gameplay with plenty of crunch to the attacks you're dishing out. Hope that SOR5(? SOR Rebooted? Whatever it ends up being) Sega themselves are making'll be a suitable followup, but I don't think we're gonna be beating this one in terms of pure quality without Guard Crush on board.
