Achievements and resolution adjustments would be great, but I know sometimes you literally just don't have the codebase anymore or some external technologies prevent this from being feasible. However, implementing cloud saves should be as simple as a bit of configuration on the Steam distribution control panel (that's probably not the name). You just need to point at which files or folder should be synced and the system will take care of it for you....

Hello im not currently playng on the steam versions im playing on the Nintendo switch version.
