As a software engineer myself, I appreciate the fact that it's an independent developer who wanted to make a space game after being frustrated by EVE Online. I was not expecting game studio graphics or storyline, however, this was a disappointment. The tutorials are barely helpful, window text scroll is annoying, and the UI is missing key things that just make it frustrating. I quit after playing a few minutes. For example, I was stuck in the Welcome Center because there is no UNDOCK button. The icons are confusing and the tooltip lag adds to the frustration. It has potential, but it gets really frustrating really quickly.

Its fun to play. There are new updates all the time. The developer likes feedback from people.

People say this game is dead but are in fact wrong. i literally looked online for all Star Wars ships names and changed it with the mod tools , for the market, things similar i changed to what would be found in that universe . There is actually a lot you can do on your own to change the game. Maybe Ill do a Star Trek theme one next or Battle Star Galactica one. great game
