The Skynet Funding Bill is passed. The system goes on-line August 4th, 1997. Human decisions are removed from strategic defense. Skynet begins to learn at a geometric rate. It becomes self-aware at 2:14 a.m. Eastern time, August 29th. In a panic, they try to pull the plug.
Skynet fights back! and It launches it's missiles against the targets in Russia, Because Skynet knows the Russian counter-attack will eliminate its enemies over here.

By the time Skynet became self-aware it had spread into millions of computer servers across the planet. Ordinary computers in office buildings, dorm rooms, everywhere. It was software in cyberspace. There was no system core, it could not be shut down. The attack began at 6:18 pm just as he said it would Judgment Day. The day the human race was nearly destroyed by weapons they'd built to protect themselves.
I should have realized our destiny was never to stop Judgment Day. It was merely to survive it together. The Terminator knew he tried to tell us but I didn't want to hear it. Maybe the future has been written, I don't know. All I know is what the Terminator taught me, never stop fighting and I never will. The battle has just begun.

The machines rose from the ashes of the nuclear fire. Their war to exterminate mankind has raged for decades, but the final battle would not be fought in the future. It would be fought here, in our present. Tonight.

This so called "utopian or unrealistic" future is not so far at all, when AI become self-aware with all data on the planet, the 1st thing it'll do is take control over all the gold codes/nuclear weapons on earth and immediately launch all of them against us which means... killing almost 8 billion but few of us will survive.

Coming to this after Robocop: Rouge City I was pleasantly surprised at just how damn good this game is! An absolute must-play for Terminator Fans, or even fans of that Teyon Gameplay I found myself needing more of after Robocop! A really solid game set in the Terminator Universe that plays well and (so far) is not buggy at all - Really fun 8.6/10
