Alongside RoboCop: Rogue City, this is one of the most refreshing and entertaining shooters I've played in a long time.
Gameplay is simple and so is the RPG system.
Sure, it could've been better in terms of everything, I guess, but this is a game for those Terminator fans who want to shoot terminators, not spend time picking skills and perks in an over-complicated RPG system.
I suspect the devs knew this very well and they delivered exactly what was expected, in both cases.
I can't recommend this enough.

There are only two Terminator movies.
This is a faithful sequel to those movies.

Don't overthink the plot.
Just enjoy the nostalgia.

+ Great setting, and the game has actually done a great job with the setting
+ The game's plot pretty much ignores everything past the first two films
+ Voice acting is very, very poor
+ The crafting system is simple, but very competent
+ The Terminators themselves are very well-implemented, and are really the only interesting enemies in the game for me

- The animations, especially the facial animations, are so poor and dated as to be puzzling
- The mechanics, especially the sneaking mechanics and gunplay, are borderline forgettable
- I hated most of the characters
