best ways to take down rank 3 outpost best weapons and tips

I've been trying to play with someone (under the same network) and the game doesn't let us. In the beggining we didn't have any issue but further into the game, it doesn't let us connect on co-op. We even tried reviewing the files, uninstall the game and even used Hamachi to see if it would help in any way, no use. We want a solution for this matter, the same has happened with some other games here on Steam and it's starting to get annoying....
