I just started the game. Every movement has a 1 - 2 second delay; it not tolerable to play. I have a very capable gaming desktop. Is this a known issue?

Went back and forth with Cyan support (shout out to you guys on the speedy replies and suggestions) but still cannot get this game to start up. We just pushed out an update for Myst IV. This update brings the game up to date to run on MacOS 13 and later, and Windows 10 and later operating systems. Earlier MacOS and Windows versions may still run the game, but those operating systems are not Officially supported. Launch times can be very long on unsupported platforms.
