Warborn is about commanding a strike force of giant mecha in strategic turn-based battles, like something out of a 90s anime series. You take turns issuing commands to your mecha, moving them around the map and battling opposing mecha in dramatic animated battle sequences....

Hi I just started this and its currently feeling like a visual novel without the novel part...... I mean I haven't played a game this easy since ever..... i set the difficulty on hard but its currently so easy im getting demotivated from playing any further.... I never lost 1 unit, never had to save or load, never had to restart... getting "S" on every single mission..... Can someone tell me if this changes down the line or its just more of the same?...

Otherwise SOMEBODY would find out that second mission for third character is next to impossible to beat. Buildings block slows down your own units so enemy catch up and slaughter them and if one reach the outpost, it must take enemy on its own anyway. Taking resource spots along the way likewise means that enemy simply catch up remaining units and kill them all....

I'm pretty interested in this game since I love mecha anime and tactical RPGs, but I really want to play it on my Steam Deck as, to me, this is the perfect type of game for handheld gaming. However, there is no Deck compatibility rating on the game's Steam page, and there are no tests for this game at all logged on ProtonDB. So has anyone tried this on a Deck yet?...

Also, will there be skirmishes against multiple AI ? (2-3-4 or more ?) on bigger maps, if that's possible ? Thinking of a "Risk" mode or something like that (capture ( certain) region (or buildings) on the map etc). Or maybe doable (about) with map editor ? I understand if you never plan stuffs like this, just curious (or for future additions, who knows ?). And yes my first question... What excpected time (about) for the full campaign ? But sure I get that we could put more time with map editor too (and...
