GPU issues in last couple of days

Not sure what has changed. Installed latest windows update and NVIDIA drivers. But most Steam VR games have very high frame time if FpsVR is activated. Exiting FpsVR solves the problem immediately.

When using my wireless keyboard, I can display/hide the fpsVr overlay. When I make a Stream Deck hotkey with the same keystrokes, nothing happens.
