The game is dead?

Last discussions from 3 months ago, no updates, no release date, no news. If I recall it correctly it was finished at summer, than some publisher problems started and now we are here. Should I delete it from Wishlist finally, or maybe I can buy this one somewhere else if Steam version would never be released?...

Brant's Double-Fisting Ability: what does it mean?

(The “Outcast Tales: Help Thread” is still locked btw) When Brant's Quick Shot ability is upgraded, it can be changed to “Deal 1✊✊ damage to an enemy.” What's the significance of being able to double-fist someone instead of just single-fisting them?...
