IDK if there's mod tools for unreal engine 5, but if you could find a way to add workshop support to the game that would be so fire, people could make custom maps and we could get even more replayability. Great game so far, had lots of fun playing with my friends, I'm excited to see what the future holds for this game.

The game is definitely Alpha. It has a lot of potential but, it honestly seems to be being ruined by bad management. Bad server management (Servers being locked out by errors in fail conditions coding for weeks, Other "developers" trying to pull players "Official Discord Servers" in the game chat, there is no vote to kick system for wave survival griefers ), Bad level construction (False wall in wave survival, memory leak?, Gaps in hunt map skylights intersecting with the roof. Bulletproof gates, non bulletproof concrete culvert. Kicking gates glitch them open) Bad player animations ( the mags float mid change in 3rd person, Arms detach and swing through the face, player model damage interferes with first person view, glow sticks glow in the hands without being cracked. ) Overall the game is eh good enough right now but, to be better it needs to be consitently groomed and hot-fixed to more match the enthusiasm of the current player base.

I've owned this game because my buddy really enjoys it and wants me to play with him. I've owned it for about a year or so and in the time I have joined him in playing its been so so on enjoyment. Over the time I have obviously encountered my share of bugs. I have phased through an elevator which insta killed me, gotten stuck on geometry due to the clamber system and have not been able to pick up weaponry from the ground. My main gripe and my main complaint is the afk timer. An afk timer should not exist in this game, there have been many times where I have gone to the restroom and have come back to being kicked from the afk timer. Loading back in to a private game after the afk kick I have garbage weaponry and no secondary weapon. When these bugs and this terrible afk timer is removed I'll be willing to edit this review. For now I can't recommend this to others due to the risk of enjoyment being hindered by these issues.

Game is a work in progress. but one of the best indie projects i've ever played

I am confused on whether I have the full game or not. I have new campaigns in the game but when I start it up it says I have SCP:5K Alpha testing. So I just want clarification if I have the full game or not.

SCP: 5K has the potential to be an incredible experience, bringing the SCP universe into a shooter format with thrilling campaigns, challenging puzzles, and intense waves of enemies. I love the core idea of battling through SCP lore with a team, especially when it involves a mix of action and brain-teasing moments.

However, the game’s development process has been a rollercoaster. It feels like things were released a bit too early, with content coming and going in ways that make the experience inconsistent and sometimes confusing. New players, like myself, may not get the same experience as those who played earlier—certain quests, like the Dave box quest, were removed, yet remnants of it lingered. I spent ages trying to figure it out, only to realize it had been removed, which was pretty disappointing.

There are bright spots, though. The recent addition of checkpoints was a welcome improvement, and I appreciate that the map has evolved with new areas, even though some familiar places have disappeared. I just wish the game offered more variety in enemy types and bosses to keep things fresh. The gameplay is strong, and I’m still drawn in by its potential, but the ongoing changes and inconsistencies in development are frustrating. With more stability and polish, this game could truly shine!
