It runs so slow that it's not playable. I have a 12gb gfx card and it doesn't even work on the lowest gfx setting. WTF?!

i start up the game and it doesnt allow me to use my mouse. i have to use my arrow keys to go through the options. if i choose "single player" it takes me to the menu where you are supposed to choose the enemys, but it doesnt let me choose anything? is the game evern real? ...
