I saw a lot of negative reviews regarding only game breaking bugs and crashes. Is it patched yet?

Might a future patch allow us to re-bind keys? As things are currently, playing on keyboard means you're playing one-handed except when aiming. I'd rather put my other hand to use by binding sprint and use to some key on the numpad.

Hi devs, I can't run in the game. Tutorial message says hold shift to run. But nothing happens. So I can't progress because the mother blocks the way. Also, I see some HTML codes on menus and cutscenes. It says "Press Sprit=E5" for some reason. Can you help?...
