Do damaged vehicles in XMAS2017 go slower? Some dump trucks for example seem to go slower than others even though the faster one has more miles on it.

Hi. I have been playing the Xmas 2017 module for 250+ hours. Last night the hard drive Steam is installed on appears to have died or is otherwise unaccessible...luckily not my OS drive. Anyway I reinstalled on the OS drive and noticed that my last save game was approx 12 hours earlier (despite the game running almost continuously) and also that the last achievement showing was from 24 hours before, even though I had completed several since.
