I know some companies will make the 2019 version before the year ends but in this case it was too soon, so anyway version 18 is also more expensive! that is awkward too.. when ever i try to add a video file, Just started today. I tried verifying programs , all was good, restarted pc, still crashes, tried changing format to a known working format still crashes. Running Windows 7 Pro. Any ideas would be much appreciated

Yush, i like to ask are there any setup or option to set "default" -setup for "video quality", when you add videos in converter editor before, converted videos into another forms? For me looks like, there is "no" -setup for this. You have to allways manual "set" -for each videos those "quality" -when you add them before, converted them.
