How to start game in VR? Im launching it but it keeps telling me I;ve selected the DESKTOP version, from within STEAMVR??

Bought this on viveport today and was going to play after my son went to bed but found he finished half the game today and there was no way to create a new save file. Switching accounts on steam and viveport do nothing to change the saves. Really wish all developers included multiple save slots. I also tried to find the save file for this game and clone it and start a new one but I can’t seem to find that location for this game. Can anyone tell me where the save file is?...

An absolute must is to make the "stop and view" function/button instant, also when you go back there is a black cloud in the way, and the function often gets reactivated directly after you have gone back, to further delay the non-vision period. It doesn't make sense to need the button to be pressed 2 sec while hiding the view - the only thing the button is for is to stop and view, if you press it you know that you want to do that. The game should benefit from online hi-scores (for time trial) that contains replay for verification and the replays should be watchable by others... I don't think that would be so hard to implement... Running the Oculus Home version, and at least there you already have a name....
